One by One Grant

Applications Due: Rolling
Private
4imprint, Inc.

This program provides promotional products to eligible nonprofit organizations, schools, and registered charities to support their charitable efforts and community initiatives.

Description

The 4imprint One by One® program offers donations to community-focused organizations to support their events and causes. Eligible organizations include 501(c)(3) nonprofits, accredited schools, religious organizations, and registered Canadian charities. Applications must be submitted at least two months prior to the scheduled event, and organizations may only receive a donation once every 12 months. Funding decisions are based on location, programming diversity, merit of cause, and the audience served.

Applicants are asked to complete an online form providing details such as organizational information, event date, requested product, use of the product, organizational mission, and the population served. All responses must be concise, with answers limited to 250 words per question. Organizations must also be willing to accept pre-imprinted products from 4imprint’s donation inventory if applicable, although this is optional.

The grant does not offer unrestricted financial support but instead focuses on in-kind donations of branded or promotional products that the organization would select to benefit their event or cause. Applicants must be either employed by or a member of the Board of Directors of an eligible organization and must be at least 18 years of age. Upon applying, organizations are advised to add onebyone@4imprint.com to their safe senders list to ensure they receive timely communication.

For inquiries, applicants can visit the 4imprint website or direct communication to the program via the application platform. Specific award amounts, timelines for decision notifications, or detailed evaluation scoring systems are not provided but decisions seem to be made on a rolling basis according to eligibility and fit.
