Organizations that do not meet these criteria, such as individuals or non-501(c)(3) entities, are not eligible for funding.

The application process requires organizations to submit a proposal detailing their urgent need and how the funds will be utilized. It is important to note that the foundation does not fund events or programs that have already occurred prior to the date of the grant check. Additionally, seed or startup funding for new organizations is not supported.
