Description

The United States Agency for International Development Nigeria mission (USAID/Nigeria) seeks
concepts from eligible and qualified organizations to implement the USAID integrated Delivery of
Tuberculosis Service (iDOTS) Activity. Eligibility for this award is restricted to local organizations in
Nigeria.
USAID intends to make two awards to the applicants who best meet the objectives of this funding
opportunity based on the merit review criteria described in this NOFO, and subject to a risk
assessment. Eligible parties interested in submitting an application are encouraged to read this
NOFO thoroughly to understand the type of program sought, application submission
requirements, and the selection process.
This NOFO will follow a 3-phase process as described below:
● Phase 1: Submission of Concept
● Phase 2: Participation in an oral presentation by the selected Applicants
● Phase 3: Submission of a full application by the selected Applicants
Phase 1 is the submission of the Concept in the form of a slide deck presentation that will be
reviewed for responsiveness to the purposes of the NOFO and be evaluated in accordance with
the merit review criteria provided in Section E of this NOFO. The highest rated applicants will
advance to Phase 2, where they will present their proposed plan orally to the Merit Review
Committee. The oral presentation will also be evaluated in accordance with the merit review
criteria provided in Section E of this NOFO. From Phase 2, the Apparently Successful Applicants
will be identified and invited to Phase 3, for co-creation and submit a full application, which will
be evaluated in accordance with the merit review criteria provided in Section E of this NOFO.
To be eligible for award, the applicant must provide all information as required in this NOFO and
meet eligibility standards in Section C of this NOFO. This funding opportunity is posted on
www.grants.gov, and may be amended. It is the responsibility of the applicant to regularly check
