Details:

Eligible Projects
Eligible Projects will offer one or more of the following: 

Support independent living: Programming that provides services that enable older adults to live independently, outside of institutional settings, and address specific needs that allow independent living in their home to continue. 
Wellness services: Programming that provides wellness and physical activity opportunities that encourage improved health for older adults. 
Social and recreational services: Programming that provides positive social and recreational opportunities for older adults who are otherwise isolated or unable to participate in community programs.

Eligibility Criteria

The applicant organization must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. 
Grants will not be made to individuals or private foundations. 
The applicant organization must be able to provide at least three years of financial statements.
Programs must serve adults aged 65 and older, and activities must be in-person. 
Programs must provide direct services and have a governing board located in one of the following counties: Cleveland, Canadian, Oklahoma.
