City of Liberty Mini Art Grant Program is now open for applications. The program offers grants ranging from $500 to $1,000 to individuals and for-profit and non-profit organizations in the greater Kansas City metro area. Projects must be cultural art projects taking place within the city limits of Liberty, Missouri. The grant aims to encourage tourism, contribute to cultural opportunities, and enhance the quality of life in the city. Applicants must comply with non-discrimination policies and provide a summary of the project/event upon completion. Ineligible organizations and programs include non-arts related programs, political organizations, capital campaigns, staffing/administrative costs, and proposals promoting religion or individual doctrine.
