Applications must include a comprehensive proposal that outlines the program’s goals, activities, and measurable objectives. Additional requirements include a budget justification narrative, details on key personnel, and letters of support from project partners. Proposed budgets must justify all expenses, including personnel, travel, supplies, and equipment, while ensuring equipment purchases remain below 10 percent of the total budget. Programs are expected to conclude within 12 months, with funding ranging from $15,000 to $35,000, subject to availability.

Applications will be evaluated based on criteria including program feasibility, budget justification, organizational capacity, monitoring and evaluation plans, sustainability, and support for equity and underserved communities.
