The C.E. and S. Foundation is offering grant opportunities focused on supporting individuals in Louisville, Kentucky, and other connected communities to become resilient and prepared for engagement and thriving. The foundation invests in caregiver engagement, social-emotional support, academic support, family and household stability, and postsecondary education success. They are particularly interested in projects that emphasize impact, influence, leverage, and learning. Potential applicants are encouraged to consider how their program or initiative fits within the foundation's areas of focus and how it will be assessed for impact.
Applicants may be invited to submit a proposal for funding if there is a promising match between their proposed work and the foundation's grantmaking strategy. Proposals should include background and statement of community need, strategy and approach, planned impact, relevant partnerships and collaboration, assessment plan, implementation timeline, budget with narrative, and plans for financial sustainability at the conclusion of the proposed grant period. The foundation reviews proposals for funding on a quarterly basis.
