The American Association of Birth Centers Foundation (AABCF) has the exclusive authority over grant guidelines, criteria, timelines, awards, and monitoring. Special consideration is given to birth centers serving low-income communities, situated in rural or low-income areas, with annual revenues below $100,000, or committed to public education about birth centers.
