Description
This grant focuses on creating and developing networks between Japan and the U.S. at the grassroots level and supports collaborative efforts to address common global concerns. It is open to U.S.-based organizations with 501(c)(3) status, offering up to $10,000 in funding. The grant encourages projects that either develop partnerships for deeper mutual understanding or contribute to solving global issues through collaboration. Eligible projects must start by March 31, 2025, include at least one symposium, workshop, or similar event, and ensure a significant U.S.-Japan collaboration component. A minimum of 20% of the project's budget must come from non-JFNY sources.
