City of Papillion’s Neighborhood Matching Grants Program offers grants of up to $2,500 for projects within the four wards of Papillion. The program aims to promote networking between residents, positive communication with the City government, and neighborhood improvement. Eligible projects include community enhancement and neighborhood leadership activities that benefit the city and are completed within six months. Projects must be initiated and implemented by neighbors or business community members impacted by the project.
