Established in 1995 in memory of E. Floyd Ellison, the Music for Rush County Fund supports music participation and appreciation within Rush County, with a particular focus on adult engagement with music. The grant can be used to bring concert performances to Rush County, support local music groups, or fund music-related programs in Rush County Schools at the elementary and middle school levels. However, it excludes high school programs and students. The application deadline is September 1, and applications are available online starting one month prior to the deadline.
