The Jeanette F. Schlobach Grant Program supports nonprofit organizations serving residents of Dutchess County, New York, who are impacted by poverty. The grant focuses on comprehensive case management, homelessness prevention, job readiness, health services access, and low-cost pet services. The foundation prioritizes programs with proven effectiveness, increasing demand, and innovative solutions, especially for historically marginalized communities. Tax-exempt organizations (including faith-based groups) in Dutchess, Putnam, or Ulster Counties, NY, are eligible. The funding supports general operating costs, infrastructure improvements, and new program pilots. The total available funding is $120,000, with individual grants not exceeding $20,000. LOIs are due by August 15, and full applications by October 1, with awards announced in December.
