Description
The Baltimore Children and Youth Fund (BCYF) Grassroots Fund offers five-year grants of $50,000 annually to twelve eligible organizations that serve children and youth ages 24 and under in Baltimore City. In addition to financial support, grantees will benefit from robust capacity-building assistance designed to help organizations grow, sustain their work, and maximize their community impact. This fund prioritizes organizations led by Black and Brown individuals, aiming to support equitable access to resources for youth in Baltimore.
Eligible organizations must demonstrate a history of delivering effective youth programs, have a small organizational budget, and employ a majority of Baltimore City residents. The initiative reflects BCYF’s commitment to uplifting grassroots organizations that address community needs and foster meaningful change for youth.
