Water Project Grants and Loans
Description
The Oregon Water Resources Department (OWRD) offers the Water Project Grants and Loans program to fund water projects that evaluate, plan, and develop instream and out-of-stream projects providing economic, environmental, and social/cultural benefits. The program targets implementation-ready projects, including conservation, reuse, above-ground storage, below-ground storage, streamflow protection or restoration, water distribution, conveyance or delivery systems, and other water resource development initiatives. Projects must offer benefits in all three specified categories to qualify for funding.
