Description

The Gray and Black Market Marijuana Enforcement Grant program provides financial assistance grants annually to local law enforcement agencies, tribal governments, and district attorneys through local governments for the investigation and prosecution costs associated with unlicensed marijuana cultivation or distribution operations. The program aims to support rural areas, large scale operations, organized crime operations, and operations that divert marijuana outside of Colorado. Grant amounts will be determined by a population formula, with approximately $790,000 available for Fiscal Year 2024-2025.
