Proposals must clearly outline goals and objectives, provide detailed budgets, and adhere to submission guidelines, which include using SF-424 forms. Organizations must also be registered with SAM.gov. Applications are evaluated based on organizational capacity, feasibility, alignment with U.S. embassy priorities, budget justification, and sustainability plans.
