The program offers competitive, conditional matching grants to eligible small businesses, including minority/woman-owned businesses, business incubator graduates, businesses conducting neighborhood revitalization, and those recovering from disasters. Grants range from $5,000 to $10,000 and support improvements like fire suppression systems, ADA compliance, and HVAC upgrades, excluding cosmetic projects. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, subject to fund availability, and must be discussed with the Department of Economic Development before submission.
