The Community Investment Fund (CIF) by the City of Hastings supports community partnerships and community-driven projects for public amenities. With a budget of $100,000 for 2024, this fund aims to foster community engagement, civic participation, and the enhancement of public spaces such as parks, streetscapes, trails, public art, tourism amenities, and historic preservation projects. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis with the first review on March 5, 2024. While there is no maximum grant amount, the City may distribute funds to support multiple projects.
