Description

The Discretionary Grants provide general operating support to local or regional organizations serving Columbia, Garfield, Walla Walla, and Umatilla counties. Eligible applicants include 501(c)(3) public charities, private operating foundations, religious organizations with a 501(c)(3) determination letter, and municipalities with specific public purposes, including Native American tribal governments. Organizations not fitting these categories must apply through a fiscal sponsor. New applicants must create an account, while returning applicants can log in or reset their password.
