The Valley Metro Small Business Financial Assistance Program Pilot offers financial aid to eligible small businesses adversely affected by construction activities in specific locations within Phoenix. The program provides two funding tiers: Tier I offers $4,500, while Tier II offers up to $9,000 for businesses demonstrating a significant loss of revenue due to construction. Eligibility criteria include location requirements, business size and revenue limitations, and specific types of businesses excluded such as banks, hotels, and certain adult entertainment establishments. The program aims to support operational costs such as utilities, rent, and payroll, and requires businesses to be operational prior to June 19, 2020.
