Grant funding can be used for projects that align with the fund’s mission to improve library access and promote reading among young patrons. Specific guidelines and detailed requirements are available on the program's website. Libraries are encouraged to review these guidelines carefully to ensure their projects meet the grant’s objectives.
This grant cycle reflects the commitment of the Bernard Carl and Shirley Rosen Library Fund to empowering libraries to better serve their communities. Libraries are invited to craft proposals that demonstrate meaningful engagement with youth and articulate how the funding will advance intellectual exploration and literacy.
