The MSP Equity Accelerator Summer 2025 is an investment-driven accelerator program that targets high-growth, early-stage companies that are undervalued in the market. The program is industry-agnostic and business model-agnostic, welcoming startups from all sectors and operational approaches. Selected startups will participate in a structured, multi-month program focused on scaling operations, refining business models, and preparing for future investment opportunities.

Each selected team will receive a $100,000 investment in exchange for 7.5% equity in their company, using a Simple Agreement for Future Equity (SAFE) instrument. The investment terms are uniform for all participating companies. The program is designed to foster growth and success among a diverse set of early-stage businesses, encouraging innovation and entrepreneurial development across industries.

Applications for the Summer 2025 cohort must be submitted by April 25, 2025. The program officially kicks off on July 7, 2025, and concludes on October 3, 2025. During this period, teams will receive mentorship, resources, networking opportunities, and targeted support to help them accelerate their growth trajectories.
