Description
The Creative Entrepreneur Accelerator (CEA) grant program, administered by the Greater Pittsburgh Arts Council on behalf of the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts, provides creative entrepreneurs in Allegheny, Beaver, Greene, and Washington counties with $2,000 in financial support. This funding is accompanied by consulting services to help entrepreneurs develop and grow their creative businesses. The program prioritizes Black, Indigenous, and persons of color (BIPOC) and individuals living in low-income communities identified by the Small Business Administration.
Eligible applicants must work in creative industries such as visual arts, marketing, design, music, film, publishing, or related fields and must have gross revenues below $200,000 annually. Before applying, applicants are required to consult with a designated Referral Coordinator to review their business plan and determine eligibility. Applications must include the referral form, a business plan, and a completed application form.
