The Foothills Community Foundation offers unrestricted grants to 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations located in Anderson, Oconee, and Pickens Counties in South Carolina. These grants are intended to support projects that cannot be completed with existing resources, particularly those that promote volunteer involvement, collaboration, and long-term sustainability. Applications are reviewed biannually by the Foundation’s staff and Grants Review Committee, with final decisions made by the Board of Directors.
