2025 Art & Culture Grants
This funding opportunity supports nonprofit organizations and groups in Philadelphia that engage in a variety of artistic and cultural activities, including arts education, community art, and historic preservation.
Description
The Philadelphia Cultural Fund (PCF) provides grants to support a wide array of artistic and cultural activities in Philadelphia. Eligible projects span arts education, community art, dance, music, theater, visual arts, historic preservation, literature, museums, media, multidisciplinary work, and presenting organizations. The FY25 grant cycle opens on November 13, 2024, with an application deadline in January 2025. Grants will be awarded in Spring 2025 following a thorough review process.
Nonprofit organizations and groups using pre-approved fiscal sponsors are eligible to apply. For groups without 501(c)(3) status, the fiscal sponsor must be listed as pre-approved by PCF, and a fully executed sponsorship agreement must be submitted with the application. Fiscal sponsors not yet pre-approved can seek approval by contacting PCF. Detailed guidelines and resources, such as the Application Resource Guide and instructional materials for Submittable, are available to assist applicants.
PCF encourages applicants to learn about updates and participate in info sessions to ensure their applications align with the program’s goals. Grantees are urged to highlight the impact of PCF’s funding on their organizations and the communities they serve, especially in advocacy efforts with city officials. By sharing success stories, organizations can strengthen support for ongoing cultural investment in Philadelphia.
