Harris County Housing and Community Development (HCHCD) has announced the Program Year 2025 (PY2025) Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funding opportunity, with an estimated $700,000 available based on the previous year's funding levels. The grant aims to support projects addressing homelessness through eligible activities such as street outreach, emergency shelter, homelessness prevention, and rapid re-housing.
The Request for Proposals (RFP) was released on October 11, 2024, and applications will be accepted until November 1, 2024.
