Historic properties are an important part of the culture and heritage of Fredericksburg. The City of Fredericksburg understands that some homeowners may need assistance in covering expenses related to the maintenance of these historic properties. Homeowners with structures in need of exterior maintenance are eligible to apply for funding assistance.
The funds are designed for owners in need of financial assistance and are offered as a reimbursement. Given the limited amount of funding, the grant is only open to owner-occupied structures with significant need.
