Description

The Maryland Department of Natural Resources (DNR) Chesapeake & Coastal Service (CCS) offers grants to support projects that enhance student and community ability to take action benefiting Chesapeake and coastal ecosystems. Eligible applicants, including non-profits, local and state agencies, schools, and higher education institutions, can apply for up to $100,000 for projects focusing on professional development, curriculum expansion, outdoor learning, and stewardship. Applications are due by December 13, 2024, with funding available starting July 1, 2025.
