Lane County's 2025 Community & Economic Development (CED) Grant Program provides funding for projects that enhance economic growth in the county, with a total of $200,000 available for this grant cycle. The program supports initiatives that drive business investment, workforce training, and small business development. Eligible applicants include 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations and cities that serve Lane County. Funding requests must be between $5,000 and $30,000.

The application process opened on October 1, 2024, and closes on November 6, 2024, at noon. Priority is given to projects addressing workforce training, industry innovation, business attraction and retention, and support services for entrepreneurs and small businesses. Applicants must submit a complete application, which will be evaluated on criteria such as economic impact, collaboration, budget strength, and service to underserved populations.

Grant recipients will be required to submit a Grant Impact Report by April 1, 2026, documenting the outcomes and impact of the funded project. An optional pre-submittal meeting will be held on October 15, 2024, to provide additional information to prospective applicants.
