It focuses on critical economic and community development areas, promoting regional cooperation and leveraging additional resources. Infrastructure projects can include improvements in broadband, water, wastewater, transportation, workforce housing, and more. Eligible projects must involve intergovernmental cooperation and offer matching grants up to 25% of total project costs.
