Two grant types are offered: one-year grants of up to $10,000 for nonprofits with annual operating budgets under $250,000, and two-year grants ranging from $50,000 to $125,000.

The grant application process requires submission through WGA’s online portal, and templates for project budgets and blank applications for reference are available. A Q&A session for applicants will be held on December 6, 2024, from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., with a recording accessible afterward. Submissions close at 11:59 p.m. on January 16, 2025, followed by a detailed review process involving multiple committees and membership ratification.

Evaluation criteria prioritize alignment with WGA’s mission, program impact, feasibility, and the applicant’s ability to execute the proposed project effectively.
