The Carroll Community Fund, established in 1994, supports projects and programs that address local issues within Carroll County, Ohio. Managed by a nine-member board of the Carroll County Foundation, the fund awards discretionary grants to nonprofit organizations annually. Eligible applicants include tax-exempt private agencies, 501(c)(3) organizations recognized as public charities, and government entities either located within or directly benefitting Carroll County. Various restrictions apply to proposals from religious institutions, private schools, and requests for operating expenses or debt financing. The fund prioritizes programs that foster artistic diversity, recreational activities, and educational initiatives, among others.
