The Overflow Sewer Grant (OSG) program is administered by the Construction Programs Bureau. This program provides 100% grant funding for eligible projects that fall under CWA section 603(c), which is similar to the Clean Water State Revolving Fund. The OSG program has limited funding and allocations are typically released once per federal fiscal year. Eligible entities for this grant opportunity are municipalities or municipal entities.
