Eligibility Requirements for Organizations

Organizations must be 501(c)(3) tax-exempt or government agency.
Organizations must provide services that improve the health, education or welfare of Darke County residents.

The following groups are not eligible:

Organizations that limit their services to members of any one religious group.
Organizations whose primary purpose is to influence legislation.
political viewpoint, or promotion of a political candidate.
