The Dermody Properties Foundation, established in 1988 and funded by the employees of Dermody Properties, is dedicated to improving the quality of life in communities where Dermody Properties operates. With a focus on the arts, education, the family, and special emphasis on children, the elderly, the disabled, substance abuse, and the homeless, the Foundation has donated over $3.65 million to various nonprofits. Grants typically range from $500 to $3,000 and are awarded to organizations focusing on arts & humanities, education, animal & human welfare, and the environment.
