The United States Military Academy (USMA) at West Point has issued a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) under opportunity number W911NF-20-S-0008, active from April 1, 2020, to March 31, 2027. Proposals may be submitted at any point during the open period and are expected to include a whitepaper in advance to receive feedback. Proposals should align with the Army’s goals to develop innovative, impactful technologies and support academic and professional development.
