The COVID-19 ARPA PA Small Water and Sewer Program, funded through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), aims to support small-scale water, sewer, and stormwater projects in Pennsylvania. Eligible projects include the construction, improvement, expansion, repair, or rehabilitation of water supply systems, sanitary sewer systems, storm sewer systems, and green stormwater infrastructure. Municipalities and municipal authorities within Pennsylvania are eligible to apply.
