The Fair Grove Area Community Foundation supports initiatives that enhance the quality of life in the Fair Grove region through strategic grantmaking and community leadership. Governed by a Board of Directors and advised by a grant committee, the Foundation utilizes unrestricted and field-of-interest funds contributed by donors, alongside funds raised locally, to address the community’s most pressing needs.
The grant program accepts applications from 501(c)(3) organizations and other IRS-approved entities, such as government agencies, school districts, and churches, that serve the Fair Grove area. Applicants may request up to $5,000 during this grant cycle, with recommendations made based on available funding. The application process is conducted through an online system that uses character counts for all responses, including letters, numbers, spaces, and punctuation.
