Impact 100 Greater Cincinnati Grant 2025
This grant provides up to $100,000 to nonprofit organizations for innovative projects that address critical community needs in areas such as culture, education, environment, family, and health & wellness within the Tri-State region.
Description
The Impact 100 Grant Program is accepting Letters of Intent (LOIs) for its 2025 grant cycle until December 12, 2024, at 5:00 PM ET. This program provides up to $100,000 in funding for innovative projects that address pressing community needs within specific focus areas. Eligible organizations are encouraged to develop impactful proposals that align with the program’s goals and guidelines.
To qualify, applicants must be registered as a 501(c)(3) or 509(a) public charity, providing services in one of the program’s focus areas: Culture, Education, Environment, Family, or Health & Wellness. Proposed projects must address a well-defined community need, operate for a specified duration, and demonstrate measurable goals. The program prioritizes initiatives that serve one or more counties in the 10-county Tri-State area, which includes parts of Ohio, Eastern Indiana, and Northern Kentucky. Eligible projects may involve capital investments, start-ups, technology advancements, or program expansions, provided they fully utilize the $100,000 grant within a 1-3 year period.
Organizations that received an Impact 100 grant in the past must wait three years before reapplying. For instance, recipients from 2022 are eligible to reapply in the 2026 grant cycle. Proposals that request funding for endowments, operational costs, partisan activities, completed projects, indigent care subsidies, travel, loans, or individual beneficiaries are ineligible. Re-granting to other nonprofits is also prohibited, but collaborations, partnerships, or subcontracting with other organizations to achieve project goals are welcomed.
Applicants are encouraged to draft their LOIs using the provided Word document template before submitting the final form online. This approach ensures that a copy is saved in case of technical errors. Character limits for specific fields are indicated in the form, and only PDF files smaller than 128MB are accepted. Applicants should avoid uploading files until the LOI is complete and ready for submission, as the system may not save partial uploads.

Applicants are encouraged to carefully review eligibility criteria and prepare comprehensive, well-defined proposals that align with Impact 100’s mission and focus areas.
