Takoma Spark Grant is available for small and community-driven projects in Maryland, open to community groups and non-profits such as business associations, parent-teacher associations, neighborhood associations, homeowner associations, tenant associations, other community associations, houses of worship, and youth organizations. The Spark Grant program provides grants for small, community-driven projects that create stronger, more connected neighborhoods.
