The Adams County Community Foundation (ACCF) Impact Grant is designed to support organizations that serve Adams County residents by funding projects that make a broad and measurable impact. ACCF has been a strong supporter of community initiatives since 1991, distributing over $2 million in grants and scholarships to improve the quality of life in Adams County. The Impact Grant specifically focuses on projects that demonstrate significant and wide-reaching benefits for the community.

For the 2025 grant cycle, ACCF will award multiple grants of up to $15,000, which may be distributed as three grants of $5,000, one $5,000 grant and one $10,000 grant, or a single $15,000 grant. Priority consideration is given to collaborative projects that benefit a broad range of residents and demonstrate measurable outcomes. Applications must align with ACCF’s goals of serving all or a substantial portion of Adams County, engaging diverse audiences, contributing to economic development, and being implemented in a timely manner.

Eligible organizations must submit a Phase I application detailing the project summary, implementation plan, expected community impact, and funding sustainability. Additionally, applicants must outline their intended use of funds and provide historical funding information from ACCF if applicable. The grant committee will evaluate applications based on a ranking system that prioritizes broad geographic reach, demographic diversity, year-round impact, economic benefits, and feasibility of immediate implementation.

Grant applications are due on the second Wednesday of the corresponding grant cycle month (January, April, July, or October) by 4:00 PM. Applicants must submit ten copies of their application, as emailed submissions and postmarks are not accepted. Organizations that advance in the selection process may be asked for additional information or an interview within 14 days after the submission deadline.
