The McKinsey.org Forward program and its learning content are designed to be best suited for individuals who have completed at least a secondary education and have up to five years or more than 5 years of work experience but have not been responsible at any point for directly managing any colleagues. Internships and apprenticeships are considered as work experience.

To access McKinsey.org Forward, you must meet the following criteria:

currently reside in the United States
are currently employed, self-employed, or between jobs
have less than five years of total work experience
have more than five years of work experience but have never been responsible for directly managing any colleagues in a corporate setting
completed at least a secondary education / high school degree or equivalent (e.g. GED)
have a good command of the English language (the program will be conducted in English).
