Description
The Precision Health Network Grants are designed to support the development or improvement of community health education and health outcomes. The grants are available for organizations in Monroe County, as well as Brown, Daviess, Greene, Lawrence, Martin, Morgan, Orange, and Owen counties. The funder is the Community Foundation of Bloomington and Monroe County (CFBMC).
