The Veterans Non-Profit Capital Program (VNCP) is designed to enhance and enable critical upgrades to the facilities of Veterans’ organizations across New York State. The program aims to support veterans and their families by providing funding for capital improvements in the facilities of veterans service organizations. The third round of the VNCP will make available at least $1.35 million in capital grants, with individual grant awards ranging from $25,000 to $75,000. A technical assistance webinar will be held to help veterans groups pre-qualify for the program. A Request for Applications is expected to be announced in the first half of 2025.
