Eligible applicants must serve one or more of the following Pennsylvania counties: Greene, Somerset, Bedford, Washington, Allegheny, Westmoreland, Indiana, Centre, Beaver, Butler, Armstrong, and Lawrence. The foundation is managed by Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., which oversees the grant process and administration.
