Investment education initiatives should improve financial literacy and awareness of REIT investments to foster economic growth within underserved communities.

To qualify, applicants must be 501(c)(3) nonprofits with a minimum of five years of operational history, a stable financial position, and a commitment to serving underserved, underrepresented, or low-income populations. Additionally, no more than 20% of the grant funds may go toward administrative costs, and capital projects are not eligible for funding.

Grant awards can reach up to $100,000, depending on project scope, budget, and readiness, though exact funding amounts may vary.
