To apply, applicants must complete an online application, which is structured in three parts: information about the organization, submission of forms and documentation, and specific questions for each vehicle requested. Applicants should prepare all responses in advance, as the online form does not allow users to save and return later. Eligible organizations interested in applying for operating or mobility management grants instead of accessible vehicles are directed to a separate application process.
