Eligible applicants include 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations, schools, municipalities, and other governmental subdivisions. Organizations that are not tax-exempt may apply if they have a fiscal sponsor that qualifies as a public charity. All applications are reviewed by the Foundation’s Community Grants Committee, composed of community volunteers, and notifications of award decisions will be issued by May 23, 2025.
Applicants can request up to $10,000 per project, and funding is intended for programs or activities that directly promote community wellness. Previous grantees have included youth organizations, food security programs, schools, volunteer fire and rescue services, adult day centers, and free clinics.
Applicants are encouraged to review detailed program guidelines and application instructions, available through the Foundation’s website, before beginning the application process. The system allows users to save progress and return to complete their application before final submission.
The Healthy Living Grants align with the Foundation’s broader mission to promote a healthier and stronger community by supporting organizations dedicated to improving local well-being.
