Applications opened on August 8, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. EST and will be accepted continually until the allocated $30 million in funding is exhausted. The grant operates on a tiered funding system, providing awards based on the daily wastewater flow of the applicant's operation. The maximum grant award is $2 million, covering up to 50% of eligible investment costs.
