Award Details: The Housing Repair Program offers financial assistance to lower-income homeowners in the City of Federal Way. Eligible homeowners can receive up to $20,000 per property for urgent repairs that are necessary to ensure the health and safety of residents. For owned manufactured homes on leased land, the maximum amount available is up to 50% of the home's value, not exceeding $5,000. The program is funded by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG).

Eligibility: To qualify for assistance, applicants must be owner-occupants of a single-family or mobile home within the municipal boundaries of the City of Federal Way. Their gross annual income should not exceed 80% of the King County Area Median Income (AMI), adjusted for household size.
